Terms of service

Important stuff you should know before commissioning me!

• I reserve the right to decline any commission without giving a reason.
• Please send clear references and everything I need to know before I start.
• Payment is split in two: 50% before I start the sketch, and the remaining 50% once the piece is finished.
• Turnaround time is not guaranteed and depends on my queue.
• What I show you when the piece is done is a watermarked preview. The clean, unwatermarked file is delivered once the remaining 50% is paid.
• Small changes are welcome during the sketch stage. Major changes after you approve the sketch may cost extra, and once the piece is finished I only take minor corrections.

• You may not resell, redistribute, mint as an NFT, or use my work commercially unless we agree on it beforehand — and you may not claim it as your own.
• You may post the finished piece on your own socials, as long as you credit me properly.
• I keep the copyright of the artwork, and I may add my signature or watermark to it.
• I keep the right to post finished work in my portfolio and socials.
• You may not use my artwork for AI training or AI generation.
• Need your commission kept private? Tell me before you order and I won't post it anywhere.

Finished SFW work: I reserve the right to post it in my portfolio and socials.
